There are various activities throughout the week, and throughout the year. See below

At Milford Baptist we place a big emphasis on ‘small groups’.
They are essential to Christian life and essential to the achievement of our mission as a church.
Some meet at the church, others in members’ homes.

• Are you keen to help others discover Jesus?
• Do you want to help change the world?
• Contact the church office to find a group for you.

Craft Group

Tuesday 9.30 to 11.30am during term time.
For adults. Come, look, and be inspired. Cost $3. Morning tea provided.

Evergreens

A place primarily for the over 60s, where you can find community in a world of change.
Usually on a Wednesday Morning.
Guest speakers, fun and games, devotional and morning tea.
Check the calendar for dates and times.

The Hub

Thursdays 2-4 pm. Come for a cuppa and a chat. Use your brain – play a game. Bring a friend – do a jigsaw. Anything else you would like to do?

Men’s and Women’s Breakfasts

Saturday Morning, various times throughout the year.
Keep an eye on our calendar page for dates.

Young(ish) Adults

Tuesday evenings 7pm in term time. Contact the pastor

Music for Me

Monday 10am , during term time.
Music and movement for pre-schoolers.

Girls Brigade

Monday 6 pm, during term time.

MBC Kids’ Time

During the service each Sunday in term time.
Children’s programme for 5-10 year olds.

Milford Men

Tea, coffee, and discussion once a month. Normally on a Thursday afternoon.
Venue varies.
Men of any age welcome.

Prayer Breakfast

Saturday at 7.30am for prayer. Breakfast to follow

Pre-Service Prayer

Sunday 9.45am in the lounge.

Knit and Knatter

A time for ladies to get together.

North Shore Hospital Services

A team from the church lead worship in the hospital chapel (3rd floor, tower block) on the fifth Sunday of the month commencing at 11am.
New volunteers always welcome.

Conversational English   (Suspended)

Wednesday afternoons throughout the year.
English as a Second Language (ESOL). A modest charge for materials.
More students welcome.

We always have room on the rosters for more volunteers.
